Today was suppose to be the super g; actually, they were suppose to run two super g's because of yesterdays cancellation. But, of course, the bad weather persisted, and as our start became more and more delayed, 2 1/2 hours, it became evident that the second race was not going to happen. In fact, their was huge doubt that even the first race was going to run. The fog was extremly thick, so thick you couldn't see the first gate in some parts, and extremly unpredicatble -- it would be crystal clear in one area, and like a thick white wall in the next. They moved the start down, and finally ran it. Of course, as our luck holds, they ended up cancelling the race about 3 more people for cat and I were going. What made it worse, was that there about a half hour delay before they made the call, while we were standing up there! But, seeing as no one was finishing, and the coaches were getting nervous about the weather, so it was for the best...
